I bought 3 months of Hair Growth Vitamins hair treatment. Already in the first month I noticed that the hair has grown to the level below the bra closure, when before the treatment it had reached above. I also measured my hair in centimeters. I still have 20 days and after that I will measure them again, but already the effect surprises me. They are also thicker and shinier. The vegan formula makes me feel safer to use. I am taking the vitamins daily and there are no side effects. It didnot make me feel sleepy at all. I notice an improvement in hair shine, but I am not far enough along to comment on the reduction in hair loss benefit yet. I shall continue to use and will update after long term use.
