How frequently should the line be used?

How frequently you should use the line varies by person and depends if you have either dry or oily dandruff. For a dry scalp and dandruff it is recommended to use the shampoo and conditioner at least twice a week, for an oily scalp and dandruff, at least three times a week. While the mask should be used once a week.

Should I only use the line when I'm experiencing dandruff?

Treat your scalp like you treat your skin! If you have acne-prone skin you're not going to just use a serum for acne-prone skin and then a moisturizer that blocks your pores. You cater your skincare routine to your skin type and apply it frequently. It's the same with the scalp, you need to frequently and consistently treat it to maintain balance.

How do I know if I have dry or oily dandruff?

Symptom of DRY dandruff: Your scalp is dry and itchy, flakes are dry, flakes are smaller in size, flakes are white in color, usually falls on the shoulder


The Symptom of OILY dandruff: Your scalp is oily and itchy, flakes are sticky, flakes are larger in size, flakes are yellow in color

Why is it important to use all three products?

The shampoo will open the hair cuticles and promote the cleaning and better absorption of the anti-dandruff actives, while the conditioner will seal the cuticles during daily use. It is recommended to use the mask once a week, because unlike the conditioner it has the actives in greater concentration, which provides intense hydration and nutrition. After its use, follow with the conditioner to seal in the moisture.
